general questions…
-
We don’t use a reservation or booking system and happily accept all orders at any time. Please make sure your flowers arrive within 5 days of your event to keep them fresh and ready for the best preservation results.
-
Our current turnaround time is usually 6–8 weeks from the day we receive your bouquet to when your finished keepsake is shipped. You’ll receive an email update for each phase of the process so you can follow along as your flowers move through pressing, color correction, design, finalizing, and shipping.
-
Of course. Since each piece we create is a custom work of art, every order needs to be linked to a specific client.
If you’re purchasing this as a gift and want the recipient to handle all communication such as approving their frame design, please include their contact information when placing the order.
If you’d like the gift to stay a surprise until it arrives, use your own contact information instead and we’ll coordinate everything with you directly.
Your florals…
-
Our floral preservation process is fully customizable, and you can choose the frame size that feels right for your keepsake.
As a guide, a standard bridal bouquet usually fills a 16x20 frame or smaller, while petite bouquets work beautifully in an 11x14 or 8x10 frame.
If you’d like a fuller look, you’re welcome to include extra blooms with your shipment or add our Bloom Protection option to help fill a larger frame.
-
Flowers preserve best when they reach us within 5 days of your event. If they arrive after that window, there’s a good chance they won’t be in workable condition for preservation.
-
Yes, because of the thickness limit of our frames, there are a few types of flowers and materials we can’t press. These include artificial flowers, silver brunia balls, some pincushions, cacti, pinecones, fruits and vegetables, pendants, and holly berries.
-
If your flowers are already dried, we’re not able to press them into a flat frame. In some cases, we may be able to create a shadow box display using your dried blooms, depending on their condition.
If you’d like a pressed frame instead, we also offer full bouquet recreations where we source and press the flowers to beautifully replicate your original arrangement.
-
Not at all. While we often work with bridal bouquets, we can preserve any type of floral arrangement, from memorial flowers to special event blooms or garden favorites.
-
To keep your flowers fresh before shipping/delivery, trim the stems and place them in a vase of cool water away from direct sunlight. Avoid putting them in the fridge, as that can damage the petals. This will help your blooms stay in their best condition until they reach us.
-
Yes, we absolutely can, and it would be an honor to do so. We’ve had the privilege of working with blooms from memorials and funerals, and we truly value the opportunity to preserve something so special in memory of a loved one.
-
Of course. You’re welcome to send as many flowers as you’d like, and we’ll carefully press and preserve the perfect amount needed to create your custom keepsake piece.
-
Bloom Protection is an optional add-on that gives you a little extra peace of mind and ensures your finished frame is full, beautiful, and complete. If any of your flowers need a little help along the way, I’ll use blooms from my floral inventory to replace or supplement them so the final keepsake still reflects everything you want preserved.
Bloom Protection includes
Covers any blooms that arrive damaged or in a condition that can’t be preserved.
Covers blooms that don’t make it through the delicate drying or pressing process.
Covers flowers that were lost or stolen during shipping to my studio. If you’d like to add extra florals to your frame for a fuller design, Bloom Protection can also be purchased for that purpose.
Bloom Protection applies only when shipping instructions are followed and flowers arrive within 5 days of your event.
Bloom Protection isn’t required, but it is highly recommended to help ensure your final piece turns out just the way you imagined.

We recommend using a slightly damp microfiber cloth to gently wipe the glass whenever it needs dusting. Be mindful of moisture and humidity levels while cleaning, as too much can affect the flowers inside the frame.
-
Yes, our glass has UV protection. Even with that protection, we recommend displaying your frame out of direct sunlight to help preserve the color and beauty of your flowers for years to come.
-
We understand there may be times when you’re not able to hang your frame, and we want you to be able to take your memories with you wherever life leads. If that’s the case, please keep in mind that heat, humidity, and sunlight can affect your flowers over time.
We don’t recommend storing your frame in a box or package for long periods, as limited airflow can cause the flowers to age more quickly. Instead, choose a cool, dry place in your home and, if you’d like, gently wrap the frame in fabric or paper to prevent dust buildup. Make sure it’s kept out of direct sunlight.
If you’re moving or traveling, boxing the frame is the safest way to transport it, just be sure to remove it from the box once you’ve settled back in.
